For this year's project, I've partnered with my friend Javeria. Our approach involves a collaborative effort with designated roles: I will take charge of the camera work, while my partner javeria's responsibility will be directing. In the realm of editing, we plan to work together, merging our ideas to create a truly impressive final product.
I've eagerly anticipated my A2 media studies course since first enrolling in the subject a year ago. This anticipation stems from the exciting project awaiting us this year—a music video production. Generally, music videos serve to promote an artist's music by weaving a narrative, employing unique visuals and colors to captivate the audience, and motivating them to engage with the music, ultimately prompting a purchase. Beyond sales, these videos also facilitate a deeper connection between the artist and the audience, allowing for a better understanding of the artist's thoughts and emotions. Music videos serve as a canvas for artists to fully express themselves, and I am thrilled about the prospect of creating one. While listening to a song, my mind instinctively conjures a music video, and now I have the opportunity to bring that vision to life. This year's project entails crafting a comprehensive music promotion package, encompassing a music video, a social media page, and a digipak.
